What is FabricInspect and who is it for?

FabricInspect is a mobile app for textile quality control that helps teams record defects, measurements, notes, photos and technical documentation during fabric inspection. It is built for production, QC and third-party inspection workflows that need readable, structured data collection away from desktop software.

For quality teams and manufacturers

Keep inspection sheets, results and operational notes in one place instead of rewriting data later.

For iPhone and iPad inspections

Use a field-ready interface with photos, OCR, PDF output and defect handling directly on the device.

For unstable connectivity

Keep working offline during inspections and share results only when needed.

How does the textile inspection workflow work?

The workflow starts from the order sheet or roll label, continues with measurements, defect classification, notes and images, and ends with technical documentation export. This keeps textile quality control consistent from the start of the inspection to the final PDF, with data ready to share with customers, suppliers or technical teams.

1. Start inspection

Open the order, fill in core data or capture it with OCR from labels and documents.

2. Record defects

Track defects, notes, measurements and images while inspecting the fabric.

3. Export results

Export inspection PDFs, order PDFs and documentation ready to archive or send.

Supports 4-point system workflows

FabricInspect can support inspection workflows based on judgement parameters and the 4-point system, helping teams apply more consistent evaluation criteria across operators, lots and inspections. That makes results easier to document and share.
